This is where I grew up.
A village in the Allgäu, close to the mountains. Wherever in the world Tim races, nowhere beats home.
How it began
From track and field to HYROX pro.
As a teenager, Tim runs the 800 and 1,500 metres and trains without a break – until the joy is gone. Then, warming up on a cross trainer, he finds a small magazine article about a new sport: HYROX.

Stopped twice. Then world champion twice.
Two injuries, each shortly before the World Championships. Then, in Chicago in 2025, gold in Singles – and the same weekend gold in Doubles with Jannik Czapla.

Three starts, three medals – and one race that is only decided at the very last wall ball.
„It came down to the very last wall ball, where I missed out on gold by just a few seconds in an incredibly close battle. Moments like that are what make this sport so special to me.“
The people behind him
I have incredibly good friends.
As a teenager, he only saw the sport. Today, friends travel with him as far as Stockholm, and his family always has an open ear. With these people around him, he says, he can keep going for another ten years.
What remains
„I'll ride the wave for as long as I can.“
No one can take the world title away from him. Everything else is a bonus.
