Winning the Elite Individual and Double World Championship in 2025 and stepping onto the podium again in 2026 means I’ve now secured five out of six World Championship podium finishes — making me the first and only athlete in HYROX history to achieve that so far. For me, that consistency at the highest level is a reflection of years of hard work, discipline, and the drive to keep improving.
The individual race in Stockholm was one of the most intense and exciting races of my career. It came down to the very last wall ball, where I missed out on gold by just a few seconds in an incredibly close battle. Moments like that are what make this sport so special to me — pushing to the absolute limit, fighting until the very last rep, and embracing every challenge.

Tim Wenisch: Between Home and High Performance
Peak performance doesn’t just happen. Tim works for it every day: with a plan, discipline, and a lot of passion.
Growing up in the Allgäu, he remains deeply connected to his roots to this day. His degree in sports science and his experience in competitive sports help him to design training consciously and smartly.
For Tim, it’s not just the result that counts, but above all the journey there. He listens to his body, works with data, and develops himself step by step.
With qalcha., he has built a community as a co-founder that is all about genuine exchange. Approachable, honest, and human—simply getting better together.
He also stays true to himself when it comes to partnerships: He only stands behind what he actually uses and can recommend with a clear conscience.
His world record time of 47:40 minutes (London 2026) is a milestone—but by no means the finish line.
